Fortunately, the event will be indoors at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. The only things campers have to fear are vehicles not starting, and parking too far away from the Multi-Purpose Room.
But it will be cold. The high temperature tomorrow is expected to be 7 degrees Fahrenheit, with a wind chill factor of -25. That’s the part I’m not looking forward to. Once inside, though, I’m really looking forward to learning more, and trying to jump-start my own site.
Go check out the site for some session ideas, and if you’re in the neighborhood, please stop by. Registration (free) starts at 9 AM, Camp starts at 10 AM and rolls on for 12 hours (or as long as people want to go). You don’t even have to leave the building to eat! Sponsors have graciously covered breakfast, lunch and dinner for campers.
But if you’re not in the neighborhood, go check out the live video feed at http://web414.com/DrupalCampWI. Check in here too, as I will have the laptop in hand.
